11. The Comparison Trap.
When we spend more time scrolling through our phones than we do trying to connect with each other, it’s going to lead to stress. It’s also going to create some unrealistic ideas about what marriage should be because we’ll be comparing our own struggles to other people’s highlight reels (people tend to only post their photoshopped highlight reels online…not their struggles). Social media is a great tool for connecting (it probably even brought you to this blog), but it can also be a trap that creates discontentment instead of healthy connection in marriage.

12. What to watch on TV.
If you can compromise on who gets to hold the remote and what to watch on Netflix, you can figure out almost anything. 🙂
