Arthur Boorman was a disabled veteran of the Gulf War. As a paratrooper, his knees and legs had been pounded and injured by his many parachute landings. He gained weight and couldn’t walk without the use of knee braces and canes and sometimes a wheelchair. The doctors for 15 years said that he would not be able to walk again without assistance. Since Arthur couldn’t run or bike or use other methods to exercise, he turned to yoga which helped with his endurance, strength and balance. His transformation in 10 months is a remarkable testimony to his strength of will and “never give up” attitude. Watch to the end to see his amazing transformation!!
