Duct tape helps make a dream come true

Pascale Honore had a car accident that left her a paraplegic. Her sons are surfers and she was drawn to the water and the surf. With some imagination, strength and service oriented spirit as well as some handy duct tape, her friend Ty Swan helped make her dream come true.

“Well, I reckon I could duct tape you to my back and surf. I don’t see why I couldn’t.”
