This US soldier Ken had to leave his base in Afghanistan where he and his buddies had adopted a puppy and raised it as their own. They named the dog Ollie and he was the official beloved mascot at the camp. “He was a morale booster. He was there when we left on missions and he was there when we got back.” Ken couldn’t leave Ollie behind so he contacted SPCA International and the organization managed to transport Ollie halfway around the world to CA where Ken lives. Watch this heartwarming reunion at the San Francisco Airport between a soldier and his best four-legged friend.
