A 9/11 story that gives you great hope for humanity

Have you heard of Welles Crowther? If not, his story is one you should know. He was a 24 year old Boston College graduate working as an equities trader on the 104th floor of the South Tower on September 11, 2001 (as well as a volunteer firefighter for his hometown of Nyack, NY) when a plane struck the building. As a civilian in a business suit, his actions saved many many lives.
