Nicknamed the “Iron Nun” this 86 year old triathlete keeps breaking records

Don’t get in the way of this nun, Sister Madonna Buder. She is an ironman triathlete (thats a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run) and she’s going strong at the age of 86. She’s been nicknamed the “Iron Nun” for good reason. Honestly, I can’t even get my head around this level of strength, resilience and power at this age. NIKE was so impressed they featured her during the Summer Olympics. She’s my new hero.
