My youngest is 13 now, but I vividly remember the days when we called sliced bananas “banana wheels,” broccoli, “broccoli trees” and I made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches into all kinds of shapes to please a toddler’s sensibilities.  I remember going weeks without sitting down to a real meal, but having eaten enough crusts of sandwiches and last scoops of mac and cheese to warrant hours of gym time!
